ALERT: Protect your Client$ from #Coronavirus in the 💇#BeautySalon, #Barbershop, and #HairBraidingSchools

I am inclined to believe that many state boards’ cosmetology agencies HAVE not addressed an 🛑ALERT for the coronavirus.

Take precautions.

  1. Call your clients up to 3 hours before the appointment.
  2. Ask if they have any of the symptoms listed below.
  3. While shampooing maintain the distance from your client. (if possible wear a mask)
  4. Deep clean your station and tools after each client.
  5. Keep a log of clients and your cleaning schedule before and after (just in case you have an exposure)
  6. As an OWNER exposure medication for  COVID-19 cost from $3,000- $10,000 and self-quarantining of the employees.

I have found this information in CA. cosmetology website.

COVID-19

The following information is from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the California Department of Public Health (CDPH)

What is coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)?

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a respiratory illness that can spread from person to person. The virus that causes COVID-19 is a novel coronavirus that was first identified during an investigation into an outbreak in Wuhan, China.

What are the symptoms of COVID-19?

Patients with COVID-19 have had mild to severe respiratory illness with symptoms of:

  • fever
  • cough
  • shortness of breath

How Can People Protect Themselves?

People can help protect themselves from respiratory illness with everyday preventive actions.

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available.

What to Do if You Think You’re Sick:

Call ahead: If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 and may have had contact with a person with COVID-19 or recently traveled to countries with apparent community spread, call your health care provider or local public health department first before seeking medical care so that appropriate precautions can be taken.

World Has Known Boosie #BadAss For His Natural Hair Fade and Now For This😂😂😂😂

//www.instagram.com/embed.js

As a loud talking man in this time of #MenToo 👀this is the BEST BOLD statement of natural hair care from men as hair braiding as barbers claiming their intellectual property I have seen in my life time.

Boosie Badazz is so serious about having his signature “Boosie Fade”™️ black men’s natural haircut trademarked.

He warns that if anyone in Hollywood is looking to use his signature black mens fade natural hair cut to make a bag💰💰 off the signature fade natural hair style, they better be prepared to🤑🤑 cough up a pretty penny.

If you’re unfamiliar with the Boosie Fade, the haircut involves the side of the scalp being shaven clean, but leaving a moderate length on top.

The style has certainly stirred up conversations as many fans and YouTubers across social media have posted Boosie Fade tutorials, and is also popular in barbershops across the country.

Look at blue Ivy’s beautiful natural hair, skin, and yes her FATHER’S features.

What child you know that does not look like it’s legal father?

If Jay-Z was not the father these old hags would love to have Blue Ivy drug on Marvy saying “you are not the father!”

These to women have got to go!

😠They need to be fired!

Here is a small part of the tweets but you can find the full article here.

“In the since-deleted tweet, the writer wrote, “I have a feeling the jay z face genes are about to really hit Blue Ivy, and I feel so sorry for her.” In response, Harper’s digital editor Violet Lucca tweeted, “They haven’t already?” Collins replied, “You’re right. But she’s lucky — if it happens now, she’ll definitely grow out of it. Get the ugly duckling phase done early.” Lucca then added: “Or she’ll get plastic surgery at 16 a la Kylie Jenner, and we’ll all have to pretend that she always looked that way…I can’t allow myself to feel too sorry for the incredibly rich!”

To Blue Ivy you are beautiful just the way you are baby!

Don’t let nobody take that away from you!

💰Riches cannot bring you the beauty that you have within.

Big Chop Update: Natural Hair Liberation by Rickey Lake

Hi #SuperNaturals,

I’m happy to bring you the good new of our sister being liberated from harsh chemicals, religious hair routine and confinement when your extentions are loose.

We are happy for you Rickey and wish you much success on your Big Chop journey.

Rickeys Words

“Free of the maintenance every 10-12 days, where my added hair would need to be tightened (sometimes painfully) and my gray hair would need to be colored.

I felt like I was a slave to this maintenance schedule.

Rickey Lake Buzz Cut

I wouldn’t go out of town longer than 12 days, because of this. I even brought my hair fairy and dear friend, to London during my stint there to do what she needed to do to keep it on my head.

Well, it is a new year and new decade and a new me.

With the love and support of some of my dearest friends, John Bonny, Mandy Ingber, Sarah Havana Prats, and my love, Jeff Scult, I buzzed my hair off and it feels so good”
