💇🏼‍♀️Salon Re-opening COVID-19😷 Preparedness Plan

🙋🏾‍♀️Hi, this is Denise from EcoHair Braiders  Association.

How have you been?

I would like to ask you if you’re still at 💇🏾‍♀️hair braiding?

Okay, the🚫 repeal of hair braiding from the Board of Cosmetology Examiners does not require you to have a license, but the 🤮Covid-19 pandemic requires you to have a Covid-19 Preparedness plan.

I have a ✔️checklist for FREE if you like?

I would like to invite you to a virtual Google meeting to cover the😷 checklist and the NEW infection control guidelines.

❓After the e-workshop, I can customize your COVID-19 Preparedness plan for you and give you a protection decal for your business.

The e-workshop is on May 30, 2020 @ 1pm-2pm PST

The📲 Google Meet and Link are here.

Minnesota Cosmetologist, Barbers, Hair Braiders, Independent Contractors and Self-Employed Now Can Apply For COVID-19 Unemployment Stimulus

ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) announced today that the agency has begun making Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) payments to people who are self-employed, independent contractors, and other eligible recipients who are not eligible for regular unemployment benefits. PUA is a new program that was authorized by Congress in the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) and signed into law on March 27, 2020.

“In less than one month, DEED’s unemployment insurance team has created the infrastructure to implement this brand new program, determine eligibility, prevent fraud and adapt to the unprecedented challenges caused by COVID-19,” said Commissioner Steve Grove. “While it will take us some time to determine eligibility for everyone who applies for PUA, we are working closely with the Department of Revenue to expedite that process. Minnesota is proudly one of the first states in the nation to implement all three components of the federal CARES Act and provide critical financial assistance to hundreds of thousands of people who have been impacted by this pandemic.”

Here’s what Minnesotans need to know about applying for PUA:

  • If you have already applied for regular unemployment benefits, you do not need to do anything extra to qualify for PUA. DEED will automatically establish a PUA benefit account for you if you are eligible.
  • If you have not applied for unemployment benefits yet, special instructions for self-employed and 1099 workers are available here . These instructions include steps you can take to make your account easily identifiable as potentially eligible for PUA.
    • If you applied for unemployment benefits without following those instructions, don’t worry – you don’t need to change anything. Your account will still be reviewed for PUA eligibility.
  • If you have not heard from DEED yet, don’t worry. We expect to be in touch with most people who are eligible for benefits under PUA by the end of April. There is no need to call or follow-up; you will hear from us proactively if we need additional information to determine eligibility.
  • You will receive information about PUA benefits in your online account, by email, and by mail.
  • Applicants who receive PUA benefits will also receive the $600/week additional payment.
  • PUA benefits will be backdated to whenever you first became eligible due to COVID-19.
  • Additional information, including answers to many commonly asked questions, can be found here:
COVID-19 information for self-employed people and independent contractors

Since March 16, 2020, a record number of more than 540,000 people have applied for unemployment insurance benefits in Minnesota. Despite this massive influx of applications, the Minnesota UI program was able to quickly begin authorizing the additional FPUC $600 weekly payments, implement the 13-week extension of unemployment benefits (PEUC), and begin processing payments under PUA.

Anyone who has been separated from their job, had their hours reduced or cannot work due to the COVID-19 pandemic is encouraged to apply online at uimn.org.Permalink: http://mn.gov/deed/newscenter/press-releases/index.jsp?id=1045-429696 View entire list

😯Why do I need a license to 💇braid hair in NV #2020 Nevada?

Happy New Year!!

Hi, I’m 007 Blon’De an expert on infection control in salons.

I’m going to share with you hair braiding states that are deregulated from cosmetology and barbering.

Let’s begin with your FREE coaching call about hair braiding licensing in Nevada at https://payhip.com/OO7BlonDeNaturalHairCare where you can purchase your state’s requirements in a perfect ebook designed just for your hair braiding business.

These are my chosen states with cosmetology deregulation for hair braiding licensing as they are requiring special licensing for hair braiders.

For techniques as minor as cornrowing into patterns or extending with sew-in weaving for Hair Braiders and Natural Hairstylists are required to get an occupational license in hair braiding.

Hair braiders are not conditioning and manipulating the hair strands with chemical hair straightening agents as a cosmetologist does.

Be A Barrier Breaker In Braiding At GodSpeed

I’m asking God to use the power of scripture to change my life and actions to 🧘🏾‍♂️ meditation.

I was raised with barrier blockers to meditating 🧱 and chanting.

Let me explain. It was challenging attending Aveda Spa Program because of meditation 🧘‍♀️ was a mandatory exercise EVERYDAY!

If you know me NOTHING is mandatory and my Grandma 👵🏾 said so!

No this was barrier blocker because I depended solely on what my Grandma and Great Grandma 👵🏾 said out of the Bible.

So as an adult 🧑🏾 this meditation crap 💩 keeps showing up everywhere I go.

Then God touch me and said “you run 🏃🏾‍♀️ to Google search bar for everything else 🏃 run to the Bible search bar!

So I used my Bible App to find a meditation 🧘🏾‍♂️ scripture this would prove Grandma 👵🏾 right!

But low and behold I found the perfect 👌🏾 scripture to meditate on and here it is.

Psalms 104:34

My meditation 🧘🏾‍♂️ of HIM shall be sweet: I will be glad in the Lord!

Now ain’t that the bomb 💣 .com!

I found the perfect scripture and now I have the ability to use my 💥 power, favor and talents to help me break barriers or if you know me “Find Loopholes”.

Book 📖 a call with Denise here.
